Print and Stitch
Create individual art work though various mediums, and take home your own handmade printing blocks.
This workshop will encourage you to experiment, and try out different techniques in your sketchbook or on paper, and will be show you how to build an art piece through lots of layers.
Starting with paint you will be shown how to use colour and plan composition.
You will also be taught how to design and make a simple relief printing block. This helpful tool will be used to create different marks and patterns which can be combined with your painting. Finally there will be the option to use stitch over and further embellish your piece.
