Art for Health & Wellbeing


Our Art for Health and Wellbeing classes are designed to help you overcome anxiety through developing art skills in a relaxed, non-threatening and friendly space.

These classes are open to anyone who is interested in art and how it can be used as a tool for wellbeing and relaxation.

It doesn't matter how creative you think you are, whether a complete beginner or competent artist,  the aim of the session is to contribute to wellbeing through the action of art, rather than looking at your artistic ability.

Each week there will be an optional theme that you can follow.

All materials will be supplied, but you are also welcome to bring your own sketchbook or favourite pens etc.

Friday’s in term time only


All workshops need to be booked in advance and payment will be taken at the time of booking.

You are welcome to bring your own packed lunch, although there are food venues located in town and near to our studio. Facilities to make hot or cold beverages are provided on site.

All day parking is available near our premises.

If disability parking is required please contact us. Limited parking available on site - subject to strict availability on the day. Ownership and display of a valid blue badge is essential to qualify.

If you are interested in a certain workshop but cannot make a date please email and we will see what we can arrange.
